Do I have to register an account to purchase from your website?

Yes, you do have to register an account to purchase from our website. We cannot accept orders via emails. If you have trouble registering an account, please do drop us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24hrs.

How do I register?

To register, you will need to have a working email address. Simply click on "My Account" at the top of the page, and register an account. You will receive a confirmation email from us once you have successfully registered.


How do I order from your website?

Simply click on the item that you wish to purchase, select the quantity and add it to your shopping bag. Click on Checkout and follow the steps to place an order. A notification will be sent to you when the order has been successfully placed. If you did not receive any notification, it could be in your spam/junk folder; or you can email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24hrs.

Why can't I add an item to my shopping cart?

If you were not able to add the item that you like to our site, it means that the item is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from the site. We suggest you to join our mailing list to get updates so you won't miss out anything.


What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfer & paypal,credit and debit cards via paypal online.

When will my order be delivered to me?

We process your orders within 24 hours and ship out within the next working day. However, it may take 2-3 working days to be deliver to you depending on the location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only operate within Malaysia. For other countries, please contact us at [email protected].

I have not received my items. What can I do?

If you have not received your items within a week upon dispatch, please do email us at [email protected].


I've received my items but for some reason I'm not satisfied with that, can I return it?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

Once purchased they are non refundable but we accept goods exchange. The return good must be in good condition & return goods courier cost is bear by customers.

For a full refund, please send your merchandise back to us using the address provided on your invoice.


We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.

If your order was purchased using PayPal and returned to a store with your original invoice, a Merchandise Credit will be issued.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
